Folio is a Sudoku game for iPhone and the web. By playing it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Every level, the daily puzzle, duels and co-op for two, leagues, friends and replays are free, with no ads. You can play as a guest or sign in with your email, Google or Apple to keep your games on every device. Keep access to your email or account safe: whoever can sign in to it can play as you.
Folio Press is an optional subscription: €2.49 a month or €14.99 a year, with a free first week on the yearly plan, once per player. It renews automatically until you cancel. On the web you cancel in one click from You ▸ Folio Press (payments by Stripe); on iPhone, from your Apple ID's subscriptions (payments by Apple, under Apple's terms). Cancelling keeps Press until the end of the period you paid for. Where the law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase, we honour it; otherwise payments are not refunded, but ask through the app and we'll look at it fairly. Prices may change; a new price applies only from your next renewal, and you'll be told before.
Leaderboards, leagues and trophies only count games our server has checked move by move. Don't use scripts, solvers or other people's accounts to post results, and be decent in names you choose. We may remove results, names or accounts that break this.
What we keep and why is in the privacy policy. You can delete your online data at any time from the app; it ends a web subscription at once.
Folio, its puzzles, papers and designs belong to its maker. We work to keep Folio running and your games safe, but it's offered as it is, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to what you paid for Folio Press in the twelve months before it. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies. Spanish law applies, without removing the protection of the law where you live.
